Scene 1: The Inspiration Behind Movie Night
Every great movie - and Sticker Album - starts with an idea! Movie Night brings the magic of cinema to Monopoly GO!, celebrating iconic films, genres, and classic movie moments. But what inspired this star-studded theme? We asked Miriam to share her behind-the-scenes story:
Movies are something that most people can connect with. The majority of people have experienced them and have their own favorites, thoughts, and opinions about films. We usually try to choose themes that are widely appealing, but also ones that evoke a sense of fun or, in the case of movies, even a bit of controversy. I’m sure everyone has had a heated debate with friends over what makes a movie good—or not!
Scene 2: Designing the Magic – Art & Aesthetics
Designing and producing a full Sticker Album takes just over three months from start to finish. It requires a theming phase and a design outline phase before it moves into the art stage. Once in the art stage, it goes through the art concept phase, followed by the creation of the final colored pieces. From there, it’s ready for our beloved players to collect and enjoy!
Scene 3: Fun Behind-the-Scenes Moments

In the MONOPOLY GO! Q&A Avenue - Issue 6 Blog, I answered a question about whether Scottie should have a girlfriend, which is quite serendipitous because, at the time that question was asked, we already had a set in production where Scottie stars in a movie alongside a girlfriend. So, great minds think alike, and I hope whoever asked that question gets a special kick out of this Album!
